The Martello Advisory
The Martello Advisory approached me with a crucial need: to diversify their portfolio of offerings in the climate change space. As an expert in this field, I provided key insights and strategic guidance to help them understand the nuances of the carbon credits market. Together, we explored the various opportunities and challenges that lay ahead.
One of the key challenges in the carbon credits market is the lack of standardization and high quality verification protocols, which has created confusion and distrust in the carbon credit trading market. To address this issue, I introduced The Martello Advisory to a number of key players in the verification and standards market. Through these connections, we were able to identify the most trustworthy and reliable partners for their project.

The Dorset Chamber of Commerce has been doing an exceptional job of providing growth hubs for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As part of their program, they recognized the importance of sustainability and wanted to provide their business owners with the tools and knowledge they needed to build a sustainable business. That’s where I came in.
I worked with The Dorset Chamber of Commerce to customize my ‘Sstainability 101’ course. The course is designed to be user-friendly and accessible to all levels regardless if you are a business owners or part of a much larger population. The course is designed to help people understand not just the foundations of sustainability but connect and interlink with real world examples which is crucial for building a sustainable business.
The feedback from the participants was excellent. They found the course to be engaging, informative, and practical. They appreciated the user-friendly approach, which made it easy for them to apply the concepts to their own businesses. The participants left the course with a new understanding of sustainability and a clear roadmap for incorporating sustainable practices into their business operations.

I provide training delivery services too. One of the first companies to reach out to me was Carbon Happy World. I am responsible for supporting the delivery of their sustainability leadership training. Drawing on my extensive experience in corporate learning and development and HR, I provide leaders and executives with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage the sustainability transformation program for their organizations.
My approach is centred around ensuring that leaders are appropriately cognizant of the topic, so that they can turn ambiguity into an effective plan. I help them understand the key concepts and best practices related to sustainability, and I provide them with the tools and resources needed to successfully navigate the challenges of leading a sustainability transformation program.
